Aron Laufer, Chair
The Eitz Chayim Committee plans, promotes and runs various adult education programs for the Temple and local community, ranging from guest speakers, authors, to movie screenings of Jewish-themed films. The committee decides upon the programing and the amount of programs, contacts the appropriate parties, works with the Marketing Committee to promote the events, and helps with set-up, clean-up and running the event. We meet to identify programs and assign committee members who are responsible for making them a success. The committee works within a budget provided by the Board of Trustees and does not charge for any program. If you have a passion for adult Jewish education, we’d be happy to have you on board.
