High HolyDay Family Services 5785

Celebrate the High HolyDays with Temple Sholom

Free and open to all, our Family service intertwines guitar music, storytelling, and age-appropriate worship to create a meaningful High HolyDay experience for  families with newborns through second graders. Family Services are led by long time service leader and Temple Sholom congregant Michelle Shapiro Abraham with “guest appearances” by Rabbi Abraham and Cantor Sharlein.
Rosh haShanah - October 3rd, 9am

Yom Kippur - October 12th, 9am

Also join us for 2nd Day Pray'n'Play on Friday, October 4th at 11am

Pray & Play is an informal and fun worship experience for families with newborns through five year olds (older siblings are always welcome) featuring singing, dancing, and sitting on the floor!  We will “sneak in” to the Main Service to hear the shofar blast, then continue with a nosh and play time. Free and open to all!

No tickets are needed for these services—
non members are welcome*!

*Non-members who are interested in attending the ticketed portions of our High Holyday services should contact the office regarding guest tickets. Note that our yizkor service (5:15pm on Yom Kippur) does not require a ticket.
