Welcome to Temple Sholom's New Website

The Israelites took 40 years to arrive at the Promised Land...
It took Temple Sholom 100 years to get a new website.

But... shalom and welcome – you're here!

We're hopeful that our new site will help inform the world about our synagogue, as well as vastly improve the way our congregants interact with Temple staff, keep informed about happenings, learn our prayers, sign up for events, make donations and more.

One thing that's important about how the new site will operate: Members will need to login to access various pages and functions - there is already some members-only content on the site. Obviously, financial transactions will require logging in, but so will certain event sign-ups, religious school content and other member-centric information. Conveniently, the site will keep you logged in as long as you return with some regularity.

How do you login? Good question. Chances are good that you already have a username – if you're a member or a student in the Religious School, you probably do. Chances are also good that you've forgotten your username and/or password. Shortly after the website launches, expect an email sent to the email address associated with your Temple Sholom account. The email will include your username as well as instructions for resetting your password. If you think you already have your login info, you are welcome to try logging in at /user. There is also a login link under the "Members" menu. If you don't receive the email or if you are in urgent need of logging in, please contact the Website Committee at website@sholomnj.org to request your username. Note: There is Religious School content on the site, including the video prayer library, that require a login for access. There is a single student login available for accessing that content. Be in touch with your child's teacher or reach out to the school staff to get that login.

In the meantime, please explore the content that's already here, and know that there's more coming! Temple Sholom committee members and religious school staff are working hard to flesh out the site and enhance the overall Temple Sholom experience.

Questions or comments? The website committee wants to hear about any problems you discover here, and we're also interested in your ideas for the site. Please fill out this feedback/request form or reach out to us via email at website@sholomnj.org.

Thanks for your patience during our long development phase, and enjoy the new site.
