High Holy Day Family Services 5786

Celebrate the High Holy Days with Temple Sholom

Free and open to all, our Family service intertwines prayers, guitar music, storytelling, and age-appropriate worship to create a meaningful High Holy Day experience for  families with newborns through second graders. Children's Services are led by Rabbi Emily and Cantor Sharlein.
Rosh haShanah - September 23rd, 9am

Yom Kippur - October 2nd, 9am

Also join us for 2nd Day Pray'n'Play on Wednesday, September 24th at 11am

Pray & Play is an informal and fun worship experience for families with newborns through five year olds (older siblings are always welcome) featuring singing, dancing, and sitting on the floor!  We will “sneak in” to the Main Service to hear the shofar blast, then continue with a nosh and play time. Free and open to all!

No tickets are needed for these services—
non members are welcome*!

*Non-members who are interested in attending the ticketed portions of our High Holy Day services should contact the office regarding guest tickets. Note that our yizkor service (5:15pm on Yom Kippur) does not require a ticket, but does require registration
